Performance Requirements

To ensure that everything runs smoothly on the day of your event, please take into consideration the following:

  • Floor space: a minimum of 4m wide x 3m deep
  • Lighting: Sufficient reading light
  • Weatherproof performance area - this includes shelter from direct sunlight and rain. Due to the fragility of instruments, they cannot be exposed to harsh weather conditions, and the ensembles will not be able to perform if this is the case. No refunds will be issued if this occurs.
