Just Sax

Just Sax are one of Perth’s foremost performing saxophone quartets offering a rich contrast of styles from the delicate tangos of Piazzolla, right through to toe tapping jazz and funk standards. Just Sax performs regularly in concert and private functions, providing both an aurally and visually stimulating performance.

The Quartet maintains an excellent standard of performance having won the open chamber division in the 2009 North Perth music festival. They are also a regular feature in the Chamber Jam series at the Ellington Jazz Club. The Quartet has performed alongside artists such as Dr Matthew Styles, Lindsay Vickery and have also performed with Kate Ceberano in 2011.

Just Sax have a highly versatile repertoire which can be tailored to cater for the most intimate settings or for larger more lively occasions which can incorporate auxillary percussion and drum kit.
